What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your room is usually ready from 2:00 PM onwards. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 9:00 AM for cleaning. You can also check in with us after 2:00 PM, as our doors are equipped with electronic codes. The respective room keys are stored in electronic boxes, and you will receive the code for the keys before your arrival via email, chat, or phone.
Are the rooms quiet or is there traffic noise?
Erft Apartment is located on a quiet street.
Is there parking and how much does parking cost?
Yes, we have our own secure parking spaces. We have parking spaces for cars and trucks right outside the door. The parking spaces are free of charge.
Is smoking allowed in the guest rooms?
No. If you wish to smoke, please book a room with a balcony. You are allowed to smoke on the balcony, or you can use our designated smoking areas. Violation of this rule will result in a €300 charge.
Is breakfast available?
No, however, we offer all guests a fully equipped kitchen.
What are the charges for using the internet?
The use of our wireless high-speed internet network is free of charge in all apartments/rooms.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are allowed at our establishment. Please contact us in advance.
How can I cancel?
At our hotel, we offer two booking options. With Standard Booking, you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your arrival and receive a full refund. The Non-Refundable Booking option, on the other hand, does not allow for any refunds, even in unforeseen circumstances such as illness. Changes to your reservation are possible, subject to availability and may incur additional fees. If you wish to cancel, we are at your service. You can either send us an email or give us a call to process your cancellation.
